my stay was enjoyable with a beautiful pool area and very friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The hotel is just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by a vibrant selection of restaurants and shops that made my weekend explorations so much more delightful.

The swimming pool area was well-maintained and provided a nice retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

Housekeeping knocked once and entered without waiting for a response, which felt intrusive and happened too early during our stay.

Location is fab for nightlife! Close to the beach and loads of eateries around. Rooms are clean, which is a plus!

The Deluxe Double Room I stayed in was spacious and had an amazing sea view from the balcony. The bed was really comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day. Plus, the air conditioning was spot on, keeping the room cool. the bathroom could use some updates. it felt a bit dated and had some quirks.

The Athena is ideally situated just a two-minute walk from the beach, with an abundance of bars and restaurants nearby. I appreciated the quick access to both the port and the old town, about a 15-minute walk away. My stay included a room with free air conditioning that ensured comfortable nights. The pool area was well-maintained, offering clean surroundings and complimentary towels for guest use.
